this time from a 1990 unsold pilot episode starring Rodney Dangerfield.

basic summary: a kid (named Rodney) that's a huge fan of Rodney Dangerfield likes a girl from school and in his mind asks Rodney to help him as he doesn't quite know how to ask her out/tell her he likes her.. on which Rodney Dangerfield magically appears infront of him, turns out he (kid Rodney) can somehow make Rodney Dangerfield appear infront of him whenever he thinks about him and or needs his help.
so Rodney tells him what to do, meanwhile kid Rodney turns 14 and holds a birthday party to which he invites the girl he likes, and his 3 friends (of which Soleil is one of) are also present, Rodney however gets in trouble when he remembers that his grandparents usually like to take him out on his birthday, but he also made plans for a date with the girl he likes...
